Therefore, we have setup a dedicated Innovation Management and Technology Scouting which supports us to create a continous flow of new ideas and technologies and to build a strong and sustainable Technology Roadmap. We have implemented lean and well adapted processes and tools and a modern project management systems – this keeps our infrastructre fast and flexible and supports us to steer our network of external cooperations.
